Victim Shoots Robbery Suspect
in Applebee's Parking Lot
Armed in St. Petersburg, Fla.
The system, for once, worked -- with the foiling of an armed robbery and the police admitting the shooting was justified self-defense.
While in the parking lot of an Applebee's, one vigilant citizen turned the tables on a 17-year-old trying to rob him.
Having a concealed weapons permit, the man, who refused to become a victim and had a concealed weapon's permit, pulled out his gun, and shot the punk four times.
