People with concealed weapons permits are now allowed to carry them on campus at U. Colorado, despite a campus ban on handguns.

A court said the ban wasn't legal because it wasn't approved by the state legislature, which had already carved out an exception for K-12 schools and public buildings with metal detectors.

The Board of Regents, predictably, had no comment on their court loss.
