Slain Border Patrol agent’s family files lawsuit in Fast & Furious scandal

Attorney General Eric Holder went before Congress and lied about the extensive cover-up his Justice Department has arranged.
In a hearing before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, Holder said, "There's no attempt at any kind of cover-up."
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms plotted Operation Fast and Furious congratulated themselves on having blamed guns for the death of a Border Patrol agent.
But in fact ATF was responsible for a civil servant's death.
